This Chakra Balancing Massage treatment combines a deeply relaxing swedish massage with Reiki healing. Nicole is our Holistic Therapist who carries out this wonderful and unique treatment.

Massage will work into your muscles to release tension and promote relaxation.  Whilst Reiki is a energy healing technique that brings balance and vitality to the mind, body and soul.  Reiki healing will be applied throughout the massage to promote balance to your chakras.

 The Chakras

Chakra in sanskrit language means “ Wheel”.   All living things are made up of energy.   And we are created by and compromised of energy.   Chakras are wheels of energy apart of your body’s energetic system.  As a result, when, unbalanced they can have an affect on our well-being.

The human body has 7 chakras, each chakra has a colour and a frequency.   When unbalanced, physical ailments can present themselves in and around the location of the unbalanced chakra. 

Root (1st Chakra) – Base of the spine – Colour: Red.  -Matters relating to the material world.  Survival, security, grounding, money, home, jobs. 

Sacral (2nd Chakra) – Abdomen (below Naval) – Color: Orange.  Relationships, emotions, intimacy, sharing, sensations, appetite, movement, imagination.

Solar Plexus (3rd Chakra) – Abdomen (Below rib cage) – Color: Yellow.  Personal power, purpose, control, self-determination, self-empowerment, energy, self-esteem.

Heart (4th Chakra) – Centre of chest – Color: Green.  Unconditional love, balance, unity, compassion, kindness, giving.

Throat (5th Chakra) – Throat – Color: Blue.  Communication, creativity, self-expression, abundance.

Third Eye (6th Chakra) – Centre of forehead – Color: Purple.  Clairvoyance, intuition, insight, imagination, spiritual awareness, vision.

Crown (7th Chakra) – Top of head – Color: White.  Enlightenment, knowledge, spirituality, understanding, self-realization, connection, fulfilment.

Anytime a chakra becomes blocked, under-active or overactive, it can create an imbalance in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.  For example, you may have experienced persistent financial struggles.  Followed by lower back pain.  This is, in Chakra terms, your body’s way of communicating to you that there is an imbalance in your root chakra.

Generally speaking, when chakras are imbalanced, the body will communicate what ones are affected.  So, when you consider all the signs you are experiencing, be they physical or not, odds are they are centered around the area of the affected chakra.

Home Clearing

HOUSE BLESSING & CLEANSING OF PSYCHOMETRIC ENERGIES

In a House Blessing, Nicole will come to your home to remove any negative psychometric energies and bring your home to a state of neutrality. She will then bring in positive energies to fill your home and will bless that space. A House Blessing does not entail Psycho Poimp work so there is no removal of spirits that may be present.

HOUSE CLEARING (Ghost Removal)

A House Clearing facilitates the removal of spirit energies, clears stuck psychometric energies, cleanses the structure of negativity and then blesses that space. The process consists of a home visitation in which there is a "diagnosis". This is determined via client intake information , Nicole's assessment through her  photographs , tesla meter readings  and  a psychic walk around. Shamanic Psycho Pomp work is then initiated to remove those entities/energies and followup work is done.

What is a Space Clearing?

       A space clearing is an ancient ritual used by many different cultures in which the homes or business  get to push a "reset" button (figuratively speaking). We use many different tools in our space clearings and we carefully select the tools for each clearing that will create the best results for the specific space and occupant. 

 

       During a space clearing, we may use sage, palo santo, chimes, singing bowls, tingshas, bells, crystals, crystal sprays, essential oils, candles, meditation and intentions. Every space clearing is different based on the needs of the space and the goals for the client. The tools to be used are always discussed and approved by our client ahead of time; we always make sure that they are comfortable with the items that we may use.

 

When is a Space Clearing needed?

   A space clearing is almost always beneficial for an environment.  However, there are specific times in which is is imperative to do a space clearing. These are some of the life events in which a space clearing is recommended to refresh energy and re-set intentions:

 

  • When moving into a new home: *This is ESPECIALLY important!* This process removes the energetic imprints left behind by previous owners and guests and aligns the home with the new owners. A HOUSE BLESSING is an additional service that we offer for new construction homes, ask us about this to find out more!

  • If you are moving out of your home and are listing it on the market. This will help to cleanse the space of your energy and allow anyone looking at the home to truly be able to feel their energy moving into the space.

  • When a new roommate or partner is moving in to a home

  • If there is a roommate or partner that has moved out of the home

  • After leaving a job or before starting a new one

  • After a break up

  • When a new goal, hope, or dream comes up

  • After someone in the home has passed away

  • After an occupant or a guest was sick (smudging with sage is scientifically proven to reduce the number of antimicrobial bacteria in the air; read about this in our BLOG)
